PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent recording error or retry on a recording medium caused by incomplete recording within a specified time in a content recording/reproducing signal processor circuit for recording-reproducing content on a recording medium. SOLUTION: This circuit is configured to write and read accessibility measurement data on a recording medium 3 by using an access means 5 before preparing the content for a recording medium 3, measure the accessibility to the recording medium 3 by the accessibility measuring means 6 at this time, output the maximum speed accessible to the recording medium 3 as a content input control signal, adjust the content input speed from the outside, and prevent recording error or retry on the recording medium caused by incomplete recording within a specified time.
