A panel conveying equipment and a control method thereof are provided to eject a panel loaded in a cassette safely and then transfer the ejected panel to the other process line. A panel conveying equipment comprises the followings: a frame unit(100); a cassette conveying unit which is equipped in the frame unit to reciprocate a cassette in a straight line(300); an X-axis member installed in the frame unit(400); two Z-axis direction driving units which are mounted so as to move along the X-axis member(D1,D2); the first driving unit moving the Z-axis direction driving units; a panel adsorption unit(700) which absorbs a panel loaded in the cassette as moving up and down by being mounted in one Z-axis direction driving unit; and a sheet adsorption unit(800) absorbing a panel protective sheet loaded in the cassette. |
