A gas cock of a gas range having a simplified can guide assembly structure is provided to assemble a can guide easily by connecting the hinge shaft of the can guide to a settling part and a supporting part formed on the cock body and the cover, respectively. A gas cock of a gas range having a simplified can guide assembly structure comprises a cover(20) combined with a body(10), a can guide(30) which rotates on one side of the body, a settling part(11) formed on one side of the leading end of the body, a supporting part(21) which is formed on a lower side of the cover in order to correspond to the settling part, and a hinge shaft(31) formed traverse on one end of the can guide and rotating between the settling part and the supporting part.
