PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pseudo fire generator capable of changing the state of a pseudo fire in accordance with the situation of fire extinguishing activities, and enabling a user to automatically conduct training until the situation reaches complete fire extinction and conduct fire extinguishing training according to the actual fire extinguishing activities. SOLUTION: The pseudo fire generator 1 is composed of an air blowing vessel 11 having a hot air blower 12 in the inside and a plurality of exhaust openings 19... on the top surface 11a, and a pseudo flame body 10 made of a flexible bag body covering each exhaust opening 19, and is connected with, via a cable L extending from the air blowing vessel 11, a control panel 15 having a power switch P for starting/stopping the pseudo fire generator 1. A plurality of heat sensors 13... are attached to the surface of the pseudo flame body 10, and an elastic body 14 is inserted into the inside of the pseudo flame body 10.
