PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arithmetic processing technology for dissolving generation of "processing standby" in address dependency check as much as possible to speed up processing accompanied by access to a memory. SOLUTION: This arithmetic processor has: a compiler device b which judges address dependency of an instruction group comprising a plurality of store instructions and a plurality of load instructions to specify a load instruction without the address dependency with the store instructions; an address dependency determination part c1 which receives the instruction group and more preferentially transmits the specified load instruction than the store instructions until preparation for execution of the store instruction without the address dependency is completed; and a central processing part c2 which executes the load instruction transmitted from the address dependency determination part c1.
