A heating apparatus of an electric excavator is provided to heat a driver's seat of an electric excavator by using pilot pressure oil, and to be operated stably by using low-pressure pilot pressure oil as a heat source. A heating apparatus of an electric excavator includes at least one pilot pump(5) operated by an electric motor(1), and a heat exchanger installed adjacently to a driver's seat and exchanging heat with the driver's seat, wherein the heat exchanger is installed on a drain line of the pilot pump and a drain line(20) of a pilot relief valve to keep the pilot pressure oil discharged from the pilot pump at the fixed pressure.
