An LED(Light Emitting Diode) lamp is provided to prevent contact fail between an LED and a substrate member by maximizing contact point area of a lead line. An LED lamp comprises a first substrate member(10), a second substrate member(20), and a fastening unit(30) and a connecting member. A plurality of LEDs(50) are mounted to the first and the second substrate members. The second substrate member is combined with the first substrate member. One side of the first substrate member and one side of the second substrate member each other are jointed with the fastening unit. The other side of the first substrate member and the other side of the second substrate member are freely rotated. The fastening unit is a hinge(31). The connecting member limits rotation angle of the first substrate member and the second substrate member. One side of the connecting member is fixed to the first substrate member. The other side of the connecting member is fixed to the second substrate member. The stopper(42) is formed in the other side of the connecting member.
