A coordination polymer compound and solvate thereof having porous metal-organic framework is provided to have big pores by covalently binding the compound having triazine group and tricarboxy group as organic linking ligand to the metal, so that the compound is used in more various fields. The coordination polymer compound and solvate thereof having porous metal-organic framework have serial repeated unit containing the organic ligand and metal to form one or more pores, wherein the organic ligand covalently binds to two or more metal atoms, and the covalently bound metal atoms covalently bind back to another organic ligand in series to form pores with diameter of 3.5-10 nm.
