A circuit having a heater heated with battery built-in is provided to conduct heat by a heater from a floor of a metal case to the side of a metal case by arranging the heater to the floor of the metal case. A floor of a metal case(2) is blocked and one end part of the metal case is opened. The metal case has a cylindrical form manufactured by processing a metal plate. An inner case(3) is formed in order to be inserted within the metal case. The inner case is made of plastic. A receiving portion(5) of a battery is formed inside the inner case. The battery(1) is accepted in the inner case. A heater(4) for heating up the metal case is combined with the metal case. |
