The curtain system has multiple flat panels (9) made of a laminar material. Each panel top has a lifting strut in the form of a horizontal bar (1) made of metal, wood or plastic, on which the laminar material is hanged freely at the hemstitch. The bar is provided with fastening units (4) for rollers or sliders (6). The fastening units of the bars are integrated in the bars, and form a suspension hook at the ends of each bar.
