The terminal (10) has a reading unit (11) i.e. bar-code scanner, reading an original identification code carried by a label fixed on a product i.e. parcel, where the label is chosen from bar-code label, radio frequency identification label or magnetic label. An input unit (12) i.e. touch screen, enters a removal identification code. A comparison unit delivers a signal e.g. sound signal, to allow delivery of the product if the original and removal identification codes are identical to one another. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method of securing delivery of a product (2) a computer program product comprising instructions to perform a method of securing delivery of a product (3) a storage medium storing instructions to perform a method of securing delivery of a product.
