<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a health information management system for employees for efficiently managing the health information of employees. <P>SOLUTION: In a health information management system 2 for employees using an IC card 3 equipped with an ID storage region 3c and a health information storage region 3d, measurement results acquired by card readers/writers 11b, 12b and 13b arranged in health check places 11, 12 and 13 where health check apparatuses are installed are written in the IC card 3 of the employee as a person who has taken an medical check. When the employee who has returned to a company 1 inserts his or her IC card through card readers/writers 8b, 9b and 10b, the health information is read along with the employee authentication, and transmitted to an internal health management server 4. The internal health management server 4 registers the received health information in a health management database 5 in association with the employee ID.
