PURPOSE:To enhance the productivity of manufacturing an armature by winding an electric wire adhesively semicured with resin via an insulator similarly impregnated and semicured with resin on a magnetic core, heating and securing the wire, thereby eliminating the adherence of the resin to unnecessary part. CONSTITUTION:An insulator 4 impregnated and semicured with resin is wound on the body of a magnetic core 1, a frame 3 is disposed on the core 1, and an electric wire similarly adhesively semicured with resin is wound on the core, thereby forming a stator coil 2. The entire core is then heated to cure the resins contained in the insulator 4 and the coil 2, and is integrally secured. In this manner, no resin is adhered to the unnecessary part, and resin removing work can be therefore eliminated, and the productivity can be enhanced. |
