<p>PURPOSE:To enable to reduce the number of components and manhours by a method wherein a horizontal pulse feeding winding is attached to the molding frame formed on the outer case. CONSTITUTION:On the outer case 1 of a flyback transformer, a molding frame 1a is formed on the circumference of an iron core 2. A horizontal pulse feeding winding 4, which is formed by winding a wire consisting of a single wire 4a covered by an insulating material around a molding frame 1a, is inserted into the molding frame 1a, and the winding 4 is fixed by a pawl part 1b. As a result, the winding 4 can be firmly fixed using a molding frame 1a and a pawl part 1b, and as the winding 4 is attached through the intermediary of the molding frame 1a located on the circumference of the core 2, no flaw is generated by the iron core 2, and the insulating property and the safety of the winding are not deteriorated. By constituting the flyback transformer as above-mentioned, the number of component parts needed can be reduced, and the manhours in the manufacture of said transformer can also be cut down remarkably.</p> |
