PURPOSE:To provide a thin sized air conditioner having wide air discharge slot areas without increasing the size of fans, by providing two units of fan in which sirocco fans are assembled respectively, being inverted upside down to each other, by providing air discharge slot areas on both sides of fans, and by positioning a heating means in front of both of air discharge slot areas. CONSTITUTION:When a check valve 3 is opened, warm water is circulated through a heat exchanger 2. When a sirocco fan 15 is revolved by a motor 14, fresh air is sucked into the housing 5 of a main body through a suction port 7, and is introduced into a fan body 1 from an air suction port 41, passing through a gap 8. The right fan 1 blows off air to the right side, while the left fan 1 blows off air to the left side. The air from both sides are joined together and it is discharged to be diffused to the right and the left sides. The air is blown off to the heat exchanger 2, where it is heated and hot air is discharged from hot air discharge slots 6 to a room. The thickness of an air conditioner 4 is sufficient enough with the thickness of a fan 1 and a gap space 18. Thereby, the air conditioner can be made thin, securing enough air flow rate.
