PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position adjusting device of a plurality of cameras used for engine combustion experiment with laser induced fluorescent method (LIF method). SOLUTION: This device includes: a plate 100 where pattern having a plurality of light translucent parts is formed; a plurality of cameras 153, 154, supported in a freely position adjustable manner, for photographing light patterns generated by the pattern; an image processing device 160 computing a quantity of the position shift between cameras respectively from the light pattern images photographed by each camera; and a camera position control device 190 adjusting the camera position of each camera from a quantity of the position shift between cameras respectively computed by the image processing device.
