A structure for preventing deformation of a center roller of a sliding door is provided to support the center roller supporting the sliding door by using a support block installed on a center rail. A structure for preventing deformation of a center roller of a sliding door comprises a support block(7). The support block is mounted on a center rail(3) guiding the center roller holding the sliding door. The support block sustains a rotary shaft of the center roller, when the sliding door is completely closed. The support block is formed like an arch which is recessed at the center supporting the rotary shaft of the center roller.
