An auto-control orifice valve is provided to more easily control tolerance pressure in a pipe and to prevent vortex of fluid in a flange by guiding the flow of fluid. An auto-control orifice valve includes a body(10). The body connects pipes directly with upper and lower flanges(11,12) having an exhaust holes respectively and includes a rod(20), a stop washer(30), a regulating tension spring(40), and a vortex breaker(50). The rod includes a male screw part(21) and a disk(22) in one body. The stop washer is coupled to the male screw part with a lock nut(31) and receives pressure of fluid introducing into the body. The regulating tension spring is installed below the stop washer. The vortex breaker is closely adhered on an inside of the lower flange and prevents vortex with inflow holes(51).
