A voltage level output circuit is provided to prevent short-circuit of output voltage levels by removing overlap of an inputted decoding signal. A control part(30) outputs an internal voltage selection information signal in response to a decoding signal. A voltage level output part(40) outputs one of internal voltage signals inputted in response to the internal voltage selection information signal. The control part includes a transfer gate outputting an (N+1)th decoding signal as an Nth decoding signal is enabled, and a logic part performing logic OR operation in response to a power supply voltage signal and an output signal of the transfer gate. |
