<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stethoscope which provides uniform auscultation quality, allows a user to hear faint cardiac murmur and the like well, enables the user, a place of use and the like to be reliably identified, and is easily subjected to hygienic management with respect to in-hospital infections or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The diaphragm for a stethoscope head has transparent or translucent synthetic resin as a material and employs a core material for its inside part or outside part, so that large amplitude which cannot be acquired by a conventional diaphragm is acquired, and sound and vibrations of a diagnostic region body wall are faithfully reproduced. Also, by displaying a user name, a place of use, or the like on the core material, hygiene management is improved, and by displaying a character or an arbitrary picture, the quality of medical practice is improved such as moderating a patient's mental state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
