PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment such as a television set provided with a liquid crystal module and capable of luminously illuminating a light transmissive display part of a front cabinet displaying a logo and the like from the rear by effectively utilizing light from an inner part of the liquid crystal module without assembling a light source in the front cabinet. SOLUTION: In the electronic equipment wherein the liquid crystal module 4 is mounted on the inside of the front cabinet 1, an aperture part 4m through which light from the inner part of the liquid crystal module 4 is transmitted is formed in a lower side part 4k of a bezel 4j of the liquid crystal module 4 and a transmissive display part 6 displaying the logo and the like is provided so as to be superposed on the aperture part 4m at a lower side part 1b of a rectangular coating edge 1a of the front cabinet 1. Since light from the inner part of the liquid crystal module 4 passes through the aperture part 4m to illuminate the light transmissive display part 6 from the rear thereof, it is not necessary to assemble the light source in the front cabinet 1 and costs can be reduced.
