PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although 2-20% of all plastic cones are clogged with concrete in the conventional arts, no engineering technique has been developed for forty and several years, and one-tenth to one-third of working hours of a day has to be spent for removing the plastic cones clogged with concrete, thus reducing working hours. SOLUTION: A wrench hooking section is provided on a side check-penetrating section of a stem of a plastic cone. Two types of lateral cross-section, i.e., a hexagonal stem type and an elliptical stem type, are employed. The time for removing the plastic cones clogged with concrete can be reduced to one-tenth or below of the time required in the conventional technique. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
