PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe for a boiler, which satisfies the specification of T92/P92 specified in ASTM A213, has sufficiently high-temperature TS at 600°C or higher, and is superior in high-temperature strength. SOLUTION: This steel pipe has the optimized content of each component within a range of satisfying the composition specification of T92/P92 specified in ASTM A213, and particularly limits Al to 0.010% or less. Thereby, the steel pipe enhances the high-temperature TS at 600°C or higher to a value exceeding 400 MPa. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
