PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oligomer probe array which is improved in reaction yield to achieve higher detecting sensitivity for signal of hybridization by hybridization reaction between the probe and target element. SOLUTION: This oligomer probe array comprises substrate, immobilized layer on the above substrate, nanoparticle coupled with the above immobilized layer to form photonic crystal structure, and oligomer probe coupled with the above nanoparticle. The above immobilized layer includes a plurality of probe cell areas coupled with the above nanoparticle, while these probe cell areas are isolated with probe cell separation area.
