PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper motor which can suppress a variation in the contact pressure of a connecting part of a switch mechanism, and can be constituted of a small quantity of metal materials for use in the connecting part. SOLUTION: An automatic fixed-position stop mechanism 20 composed of the switch mechanism is constituted of a conductive member 22 which is arranged opposing contact members 21a to 21c, and makes the prescribed contact members 21a to 21c conductive with each other, and a rotating plate 23 which rotates in conjunction with a gear wheel 16, and switches the prescribed contact members to either of a non-conductive state that makes the prescribed contact members 21a to 21c non-conductive with each other, and a state that makes the prescribed contact members 21a to 21c conductive with each other.
