<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agreement information acquisition method for optimistically acquiring consistent agreement within finite time, that is, NBAC (Non-Blocking Atomic Commitment) between IC cards. <P>SOLUTION: An IC card 100 executes first processing to output abort as first agreement information for stopping when first voting information is negative, and an IC card 200 executes second processing to output abort as second agreement information for stopping when the first voting information of a first message is negative, and to output the abort as the second agreement information for stopping when second voting information is negative.
