PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical mount easy to manufacture and easy to separate an elastic body in disposal. SOLUTION: The cylindrical mount comprises an inner cylinder 1, a cylindrical bracket 2 arranged on the outer periphery side of the inner cylinder 1, and the elastic body 3 of a rubber elastic material provided on the outer periphery of the inner cylinder 1 and installed on the inner periphery of the cylindrical bracket 2 in a compressed state. The cylindrical bracket 2 is formed to have ends in a circumferential direction and the both circumferential joining ends 24, 25 are joined to each other. The joined ends 24, 25 are previously kept in a non-joined state to permit the elastic body 3 to be installed with no compression.
