The briefcase or cover similar to a briefcase has two covers (4a,4b) connected at the back (5). At the back or a cover, one or more double clips (3) are fastened to each other such that their bracket (1) reach into the inside of the briefcase in order to hold loose or bound papers into the briefcase. An independent claim is also included for the double bracket clip.
