<p>The arrangement has a rotary screw compressor (10) for compressed air and an electrical engine for a drive of the compressor. The compressor has a runner directly coupled with a rotor of the engine over a shaft (14). The engine and the compressor are detachable form one another at an isolating point and the shaft between the runner and the rotor has separable shaft parts. The compressor is formed with an interface for engine coupling.</p>
