<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide processing technology of data using address book data which enhances convenience for a user. <P>SOLUTION: The processor (20) of data has a group of items consisting of a plurality of kinds of items including names and addresses by one unit data and has a first input means for inputting the address book data (12) having a plurality of pieces of unit data, a second input means for inputting a template file (26) in which what kind of items are printed at what position of an address print side is defined, an item acquisition means for acquiring items corresponding to kinds of items defined in the template file from the group of items in the address book data and a assignment means for assigning the acquired items at the position of the address print side, which is defined in the template file. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
