GAME SYSTEM, GAME PLATFORM AND METHOD FOR APPLYING POSITION INFORMATION IN THE GAME

A game system and game platform, both include position query unit that requests and obtains communication terminals' position information from the locating system. A method for game system obtaining position information is also disclosed, it includes that the communication terminal sends request to and obtains the position information from the locating system, then returns the position information to the game server. A method for applying the position information in the game is disclosed, it includes after the game server obtains the communication terminal's position information, carries out the game based on the position information and the game settings. By using the game system, the game platform and the methods of this invention, the game system or the platform could have the ability to query the communication terminal's position information, and applies the information in the game, so that provides colorful game service relevant to users' position information to game users.
