The trim component (1) of an automobile vehicle, comprises a molded body (2) with flakes (3) of agglomerated foam. The body is maintained between the foam flakes by a binder. One side of the body is associated with protection layers (4a, 4b), which are over-molded by the body and which have a resistance for passing the air higher than the body to allow an acoustic absorption. The body has an average density of lower than 50 g/l. The binder assures a cohesion between the protection layers.
