PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive frit material in which an electrode is not deteriorated, even if a transparent conductive film and/or a reflection-preventing film are formed by an RAS method, and provide a transparent planar heater and an electromagnetic wave shielding body using the above material as an electrode material. SOLUTION: The conductive frit material contains a metal Ag and a glass and also containing 2.5 to 20% PbO mass%. The transparent planar heater or the electromagnetic wave shielding body is provided with a glass substrate, a transparent conductive film formed on a surface of the glass substrate and at least one pair of electrodes for conducting with the transparent conductive film; and the electrode comprises the conductive frit material, containing a metal Ag and a glass and contains and also contains 2.5 to 20% PbO mass%.
