PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management server capable of reproducing other relevant call data files together with a call data file when reproducing the call data file. SOLUTION: The management server 101 includes: a call packet acquisition part 305 for acquiring call packets transmitted from an IP phone; a call data creating part 306 for creating the call data file by arranging the call packets acquired by the call packet acquisition part 305 with the same source IP address and destination IP address; an IP phone state information acquisition part 304 for acquiring state information of the IP phone from an IP exchange; and a call data relevancy information creating part 307 for creating relevancy information of the call data file based on the state change of the IP phone acquired by the IP phone state information acquisition part 304.
