<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional self-sustaining circulation type hydraulic power generation equipment of a water flow circulation type, a high pressure water flow type, or a pump and fall type, wherein efficiency is insufficient and the manufacturing cost is high, and thereby to provide a high sufficient self-sustaining generator in a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: In a hydraulic power generating system 1, a water outlet in a suitable amount is provided on a lower bottom surface of a water storage type large water tank which is filled with water in advance, a propeller for generating power is mounted in the water outlet and is rotated by the water stream of the water tank, and power is generated. A system 2 same with the hydraulic system 1 is arranged just under the water outlet of the hydraulic power generating system 1, and a system 3 same with the hydraulic power generating system 1 is arranged just under the water outlet of the system 2. The water is pressure-fed to the large water tank of the system 1 in the uppermost part by a pump, and the water is circulated.
