PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal resin composition having excellent processability and stability, remarkably reduced emission of formaldehyde from a molded product thereof and inhibiting ooze out of formulated components. SOLUTION: The polyacetal resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyacetal copolymer having a hemiformal terminal group content of≤1.0 mmol/kg, a formyl terminal group content of≤0.5 mmol/kg, and an unstable terminal group content of≤0.5 wt.%, (B) 0.01-3 pts.wt. of a hindered phenolic antioxidant, (C) 0.01-1 pt.wt. of a hydrazide compound, (D) 0.01-1 pt.wt. of a compound selected from the group consisting of an isocyanate compound, isothiocyanate compound and modified products thereof.
