Mechanical parking lot consists of two metallic towers, between which a series of platforms (vehicle spaces) are suspended, which are circularly rotated by means of chains and hydraulic motors. By means of an elevator mechanism, any platform-space can be selected to park or remove a vehicle. The advantage of this invention is that in a small area we can park the double number of vehicles in respect with the current parking systems. Another advantage is that the vehicle remains locked at its space, so that we are not obliged to hand the vehicle keys to the parking personnel. |
