PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield sheet with a new structure, which has a novel grounding structure which makes direct connection to an outer earth terminal possible, which achieves reduction in the cost of a plasma display device without applying a special design to and giving a twist to the plasma display, and on which a scratch is not easily made in a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave shield sheet 1a comprises: a base film 2a; an electromagnetic shield layer 3a composed of a mesh-like pattern and a ground layer 4a electrically connected with the electromagnetic wave shield layer 3a which are formed on one surface 8a of the base film 2a; and a resin layer 7a formed on the ground layer 4a and the electromagnetic wave shield layer 3a, and is characterized in that a conductive earth extraction portion 5a including: two legs L1 and L2 which penetrate a resin layer 7a at least and are prepared in contact with the ground layer 4a; and a connection B1 which connects the two legs L1 and L2 is prepared.
