<p>The present invention refers to an optimised crate-type oven designed to be operated at any latitude, either in the intertropical zone or outside the same, all year long by only performing three position adjustments and four displacements along said period of time. The fixed-mirror design of the oven provides an operation that ensures the cooking of regional dishes in middle insolation days in the intertropical region. The inventive oven is useful for families that work and return home at midday or in the evening to have dinner. Unlike traditional ovens, the crate-type solar oven of the invention has a special design for avoiding frequent adjustments of the reflectors; also the operation of the inventive oven is easy and safe.</p> |
