A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HIGH PURITY RUTHENIUM COMPLEX USING EXTRACTION

A manufacturing method of a ruthenium chloride compound having a high purity using an extraction is provided to mass-produce the ruthenium chloride having a high reaction yield and a superior purity in a short time. A manufacturing method of a ruthenium chloride compound having a high purity using a metallic ruthenium as a raw material comprises: steps of: a first step of melting a sodium hydroxide or a potassium hydroxide, and manufacturing the first solution; a second step of injecting the metallic ruthenium in the first solution; the third step of dissolving and manufacturing a second solution by manufacturing a sodium ruthenate or a potassium ruthenate by adding a sodium hypochlorite to the first solution; a fourth step of being aged by controlling a reaction temperature of the second solution and oxidizing the second solution by using an oxidizer; a fifth step of extracting the ruthenium chloride solution using an organic solvent and from acid solution generated from the fourth step and removing impurities(sodium, potassium) firstly; a sixth step of removing the residual impurities of the ruthenium chloride solution extracted from the fifth step secondly; a seventh step of drying the ruthenium chloride solution after the residual impurities are removed; an eighth step of reducing 4 valent of the ruthenium chloride dried at the seventh step using a microwave in order to reduce the 4 valent of the ruthenium chloride dried at the seventh step into 3 valent of the ruthenium chloride; and a ninth step of drying a solution reduced from the eighth step and finally producing the ruthenium chloride.
