<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming die for reducing manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: The forming die 1 comprises a base plate 2, a plurality of molding pins 3, and a thrust member 4. The base plate 2 has a plurality of pin holes 11 formed in a columnar shape corresponding to recessed portions 104 of a light guide plate 101, where the molding pins 3 are mounted. The molding pins 3 for molding the recessed portions 104 of the light guide plate 101 is removably mounted on the base plate 2. The molding pins 3 each consist of a stored portion 15, a protruded portion 16, and a thrust portion 17. The stored portion 15 is formed in a columnar shape with its diameter being the same as that of the pin hole 11 and stored in the pin hole 11 of the base plate 2. The protruded portion 16 is protruded from a molding face 2a of the base plate 2. The protruded portion 16 is formed in a columnar shape being the same that of the stored portion 15. At the upper part of the protruded portion 16, an inclined face 18 is formed which is cut at an angle of about 45-60° to the molding face 2a of the base plate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
