PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of optionally changing the direction and the shape of a converging portion and the fast and slow motion of convergence. SOLUTION: An oscillating portion 30 oscillating in a CD direction is arranged in a path of a plurality of elongate elastic members 13 advancing toward a first nip roll 20; paths 31 along an MD direction are arranged in the oscillating portion 30 spacing in the CD direction in at least the same number as the number of the elongate elastic members 13; a plurality of guide bodies 32 moving in the CD direction to the paths 31 are arranged in the CD direction near the downstream side of the paths 31 in the oscillating portion 30; the plurality of elongate elastic members 13 are individually passed through each path 31; further the plurality of elongate elastic members are passed among the guide bodies 32, and thereafter guided to the first nip roll 20; and the distance among the guide bodies 32 is reduced while oscillating the plurality of elongate elastic members 13 by the oscillation of the oscillating portion 30, so that the plurality of elongate elastic members passed among the guide bodies 32 are converged.
