A method for treating the extended cancer with metastasis in mesentery comprises the laparotomy, the resection of the affected organ, the drainage of the small pelvis and the peritoneal cavity, and the intraperitoneal chemotherapy. After the surgery of the primarily affected organ, the metastatic focus in the mesentery is subjected to cryodestruction following the ligation of the blood vessels of the small intestine at the distance of 1-2 cm from the edge of the foci sparing the vascular arcades of 2-3 orders. |
