THE TEST METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING STATEMENT OF DIESEL ENGINE PISTON PIN AND PLUG

A method of testing assembly reliability of a piston pin for a diesel engine is provided to improve working environment of working people to achieve safe works, perform a test work through a simple operation and enhance poor quality. A method of testing assembly reliability of a piston pin for a diesel engine includes a step of setting a jig composed of a top jig block(200) and a bottom jig block(300) corresponding to the top jig block and mounting a piston pin assembly(400) using a press(100), a step of performing indentation test on the piston pin assembly according to pressure of the press, a step of moving positions of punches(210,310) of the top jig block and the bottom jib block, a step of performing a punching operation according to the pressure of the press, and a step of separating product.
