The strength carrier layer for belt bandage of a vehicle pneumatic tire, comprises hybrid cords, which are arranged parallel to each other within a position and are arranged from a first component out of a first distorted filament yarn or cord out of a first material and from a second component out of a second distorted yarn or cord from a second material. Both components of the hybrid cord have a titre of 250-5000 dtex and the single yarn has a titre of 340-2200 dtex. Both yarns or cords of the hybrid cord are terminally rotated to each other with 300-480 t/m.
