<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulating container which is durable and maintains a heat insulating characteristic for a long time, in a top open foldable cold insulating container which is stacked during the transportation of frozen food, refrigerated food, etc. <P>SOLUTION: This cold insulating container has a freely rotative side wall (2) on each of the four sides of a bottom panel (1). The container is so structured that when it is stacked in an assembled condition, the bottom face of the bottom panel (1) of an upper container engages with the top end of the side wall (2) of a lower container. The outer periphery of the bottom face of the panel (1) is provided with a seal material contacting the top end edge of the wall (2) of the lower container. Each corner of the bottom face of the panel (1) which is a part of the outer periphery is provided with a protrusion for protecting the seal material contacting the top end edge of the lower container in stacking. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
