A distance measuring device including a light emitting part, a photo detection part, and an actuator is provided to recognize a 3D space by measuring a distance of an object positioned in a 3D measuring space. A distance measuring device comprises the followings: a light emitting part(30) emitting an optical pulse; a photo detection part(20) sensing a reflection light; a reflective mirror(50) reflecting a reflection light; an actuator(40) capable of moving the reflective mirror to a first and second directions; and a controller(10) storing distance information and location information to a frame size. The distance information is obtained from a signal sensed in the photo detection part. The location information is obtained by operating the actuator.
