A method for manufacturing catalyst of vehicle using gradient coating in which it is possible for the coating of the short length is provided to prevent to be coated which is instantaneously long with the capillary phenomena. The catalyst manufacturing carrier(32) and washcoat solution(36) for noble metal is prepared. The stopper for the capillary phenomena minimization is set up in the outlet of carrier and the inflow of the air is cut off. The stopper installed at the outlet of carrier is conversely set is opened. The carrier outlet is dipped in the washcoat solution(37) for the noble metal. The washcoat is inhaled to the carrier through inhaler and zone coating is performed. |
