PATCH FOR THE BODY SURFACE

[PROBLEMS] To provide at a low cost a patch for the body surface which is excellent in the tight adhesion to the skin and the capability of following the contour of the body surface, which exhibits moderate pressure-sensitive adhesiveness in application and does not give any stimulus to the skin in peeling, and which little suffers from the delamination between a substrate and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLMES] A patch for the body surface which is composed of a substrate made mainly of a polyester elastomer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on at least one side of the substrate which contains an addition reaction type silicone. It is preferable that the polyester elastomer be one containing a polyether/polyester block copolymer and/or a polyester/polyester block copolymer as the main component. Further, it is preferable that the addition reaction type silicone of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contain an adduct of vinyl-substituted polydimethylsiloxane with an organohydrogenpolysiloxane.
