<p>The device (1) has a knob (7) including a base (11) adapted to be fixed on a lid (2) of a culinary article and to define a vapor evacuation pipe (4). A vapor exhaust monitoring device (6) is made of polyamide, and has an obturator (5) displaced between a closed position of the evacuation pipe and an opened position for exhausting vapor from the lid. A pivotably mounted lever (10) controls the obturator, and is arranged in a gripping part (12) of the knob. The obturator is mobile in translation in the knob along an axis (16).</p> |
